How long do purchases take?
Most purchases arrive within a few minutes. Stay online and allow up to 15 minutes before contacting support.
What if I typed my username wrong?
Contact support immediately with your receipt and the correct username. Do not repeat the purchase.
Can I buy for another player?
Yes. Enable the gift option and enter the recipient's exact Minecraft username.
Do you sell Bananas?
No. Bananas are earned in-game through voting, events, quests and playtime.
Are purchases refundable?
Digital purchases are generally final once delivered. Contact support if a purchase was duplicated or not delivered.
